Do color services include a haircut or blow-dry?
they do not. all services are booked a la carte! if booking through text, please indicate if you would like to add a blow-dry or haircut to your service. if booking online, please read all options carefully and choose the service name that includes all services you are wanting.
what do i do if i only want a color service?
if you are only receiving a color service, there is a complimentary self-styling station where you can blow-dry and style your own hair out, leave with wet hair, or with a conditioning mask on.
how long should i plan to be at the studio?
appointment times vary. if it’s your first time, please plan approx. 3-4 hours for your appointment if receiving both color and haircut services.
where do i park?
there is a free open parking lot.
can i bring my child to my appointment?
it is recommended that you schedule around childcare so that you are able to relax and enjoy this time to yourself.
what is your cancellation policy?
there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled services. any future last minute cancellations will result in 100% charge of scheduled services. ALL no-call and no-show appointments will result in 100% charge.
WHAT WOULD I DO IF IM NOT 100% HAPPY WITH HOW MY HAIR TURNED OUT?
there are many reasons this could happen. i try my hardest to make sure to provide quality services and that each client leaves feeling beautiful, yet i am also human. if you ever feel that way, please don’t hesitate to reach out by text (817) 608-7775 and we can discuss a game plan to address the issue (within the two week grace period following your service). *if a full refund is ever issued, the client will not be allowed to book future hair services.
